Ingredients

  • 6 * 6 bacon strips, diced
  • 1 * 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 1 * 1 medium bunch broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 1 * 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
  • 3/4 to 1 * 3/4 to 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 to 1 * 3/4 to 1 cup sour cream

Step 1

* In a skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove to paper towels to drain. In a large bowl, combine cauliflower and broccoli. In a small bowl, combine salad dressing mix, mayonnaise and sour cream. Pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Stir in bacon. Yield: 8 servings.
