  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1/2 cup. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 2 ( 15 oz. ) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup. chopped plum tomatoes
  • 2 Tbs. chopped fresh cilantro

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and minced garlic to pan; cook 5 mins,
stirring occasionally. Stir in beans, hot sauce, and salt; cook 2 mins. or until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently. Stir in tomatoes and cilantro.
