Sausage & Ham Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb hot ground pork sausage
- 3 slices white bread
- 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1 c milk
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 c chopped ham

Preparation
Step 1
Cook sausage and drain well.
Arrange bread slices in a lightly greased 8" square baking dish. Sprinkle sausage over bread. Sprinkle half of cheese over sausage.
Whisk together eggs and next 3 ingredients. Pour over cheese in baking dish. Sprinkle with chopped ham; top with remaining cheese.
Cover and chill 8 hours.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
** I doubled it, except the cheese. Bake for at least an hour and a half.
