Teriyaki Chicken

  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Garlic
  • 3/4 teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast
  • 1 cup Uncooked Rice



Step 1

Mix Soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, oil, garlic, and ginger to make the marinade. Freeze meat in marinade in a freezer bag.
When preparing to serve, thaw meat.
Pour chicken and marinade into a baking dish.
Bake in Preheated Oven 350, for 35 minutes. Prepare rice and serve over rice.
