Ingredients
- 1 pkg active dry yeast
- 1/3 warm water
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Butter
- 2 tsp salt
- 4 1/2 to 5 cups flour
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten

Step 1
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Heat milk , sugar, 1/2 cup butter and salt over low heat until warm. In large mixing bowl, combine milk mixture and 1 1/4 cups flour mix well. Add yeast and eggs; beat well. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. On floured surface, knead dough until smooth and elastic. Place in greased bowl; brush with melted butter. Cover; let rise in warm place until double in volume, about 1 1/2 hours. Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape as desired following directions below.
divede in 3 equal pieces shape
bake at 375 10 to 15 min.
