Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1/3 cup sugar
- Zest of 1 each orange and lemon
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 pkg. (170 g) Back to Nature 37% Cashew Nut Mix - Cashews, Almonds and Pistachios

Preparation
Step 1
HEAT oven to 300°F.
BEAT egg white and sugar in medium bowl with fork until foamy. Stir in all remaining ingredients except nuts. Add nuts; toss to evenly coat.
SPREAD onto bottom of 17x11-1/2x3/4-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
BAKE 20 to 25 min. or until dried and lightly toasted, stirring occasionally. Cool completely.
