Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cans (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (5 oz) tomato paste
- 2/3 cup dry red wine
- 1 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown meat in slow-cooker pot, then remove.
2. Saute onion, celery and garlic in slow-cooker pot.
3. Add meat back in slow-cooker pot.
4. Add all remaining ingredients.
5. Place pot in slow-cooker and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours (stir occasionally).
6. Serve over pasta and grate cheese on top.
