  • 2 C whipping cream
  • 2 C grated parmesan cheese
  • garlic to taste (optional)
  • 1/2 C fresh, chopped parsley (optional)

Melt butter - stir in cream and cheese on low heat. Cook until thickens - pour over fettuccine. Makes one pound.
