Most Caramels, and creamy toffees ask for sweetened condensed milk, and with this condensed milk recipe, you can make your own supply for a lot less than buying the cans of it.

It Works Just The Same As The Cans, and will be an invaluable addition to your recipe books

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup Sugar
• 1/3 cup Water
• 4 Tbsp Butter
• 1 cup Powdered Milk

Step 1

Directions:

Cook first three ingredients until it starts to bubble.Put in blender and add 1 cup powdered milk. Blend until smooth.
