Combine chocolate chips and oil in a microwave safe bowl. Heat on medium heat for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until chocolate is softened; stir until smooth. With a candy dipping tool or toothpick, dip marshmallows into chocolate to cover completely. sprinkle with desired garnish. set on wax paper until firm.
