Ingredients
- 8 cups arugula (about 8 oz)
- 1 medium head radicchio
- 5 cups chopped tomatoes
- 4 heads Belgian endive, sliced
- Dressing
- 5 T extra virgin olive oil
- 2 T red wine vinegar

Step 1
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Add oil and vinegar and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
