Ingredients

  • 1 10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 2 8 oz containers sour cream
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 t salt
  • 2 t pepper
  • 2 cups rice, uncooked
  • 2 10 oz packages of frozen cut broccoli
  • 4 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fine dry bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sour cream, milk, water, salt and pepper with both cans of soup. Stir in rice, broccoli and chicken. Spoon casserole mixture into a lightly greased deep 9X13” baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour covered. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
