Ingredients
- 1 10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 2 8 oz containers sour cream
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups water
- 2 t salt
- 2 t pepper
- 2 cups rice, uncooked
- 2 10 oz packages of frozen cut broccoli
- 4 cups cooked chicken
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fine dry bread crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Combine sour cream, milk, water, salt and pepper with both cans of soup. Stir in rice, broccoli and chicken. Spoon casserole mixture into a lightly greased deep 9X13” baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour covered. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
