Ingredients
- 2 pound Lamb chops/rack of lamb
- 4 tablespoon Garlic ; chopped
- 4 tablespoon Rosemary ; chopped
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 1 cup Balsamic Vinegar

Step 1
Place lamb chops in a large dish. Whisk rogether the garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar and pour ovefr lamb. cover and marinate at least 2 hours or overnight, turning at least once.
Just before serving, remove chops from marinade, reserving the marinade separately. Cook the chops over hot charcoal or under a broiler for 3-5 minutes per side, until done to your liking.
While the chops are cooking, pour the marinade into a medium saucepan, stir in 2 tablespoons of sugar, bring to a boil and reduce by half. Pour over chops.
