Ingredients
- 1 pound Chicken cutlets
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1/2 cup Onion ; chopped
- 1 clove Garlic
- 5 ounce White wine
- 5 ounce Chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch or flour
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoon Capers
- Salt & pepper ; to taste
- Parsley ; to garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Brown chicken in oil. Season with salt and pepper. Remove chicken and saute garlic and onion. Add wine. Cook and reduce. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Thicken with flour. Add mustard and capers. Pour sauce over chicken and serve with buttered noddles.
