Ingredients
- 8-10 medium zucchini
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Gruyere cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/8 t paprika
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped chives
- 1 About 1 cup bread crumbs
- Grated parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Wash and boil whole zucchini until just done (10 minutes).
Cut off ends and cut in half, lengthwise.
Arrange in buttered casserole dish.
Melt butter and mix cheeses and sour cream.
Add salt, paprika and chives.
Pour mixture over zucchini and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
