- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh Rosemary
- 2 tablespoons Kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all of the ingredients well and rub the roast. Place the roast on a platter, wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate until you are ready to cook
Enough for a 2-2.5 lb roast
