Ingredients
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups white sugar (can use 1 cup brown/1 cup white)
- 2 cups grated zuchinni
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups flour plus 3 Tbls
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Soda

Preparation
Step 1
Add the dry ingredients to moist ingredients. Pour into two greased and floured 9x5x3 loaf pans.
Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
Cool 5 minutes. Turn on to rack and cool.
