Ingredients
- 1/4 c tahini
- 1/3-1/2 c. warm water
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced or grated
- 1 can garbonzo beans, drained and rinsed

Preparation
Step 1
Put tahini, lemon juice & garlic in blender.
Start blending, add beans a little at a time.
Blend until smooth, put in airtight container and keep refirgerated
