Ingredients
- Toast in dry skillet:
- 1/4 c sliced almonds
- 1/4 c sesame seeds
- 8 finely chopped green onions
- 1 head thinly slices napa cabage
- 2 crushed packages chicken ramen noodles uncooked (save flavor packets for dressing)
- Dressing:
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 ramen flavor packets
- 1/2 to 3/4 c peanut oil
- 6 tlbs rice vinegar

Step 1
In a bowl add toasted nuts to onions, cabbage and ramen noodles - toss.
Mix dressing ingredients in food processor for best thickness.
Pour over salad mixing thoroughly.
