Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 cup butter, melted

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°
Mix the first 5 ingredients in a food processor. Add the butter using the pulse button until it forms crumbs. If it is still sticky, add more flour. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on greased baking sheet. Chill for 30 minutes. Bake until lightly browned; 26 - 28 minutes.
These keep well in an air-tight container or can be frozen.
