Ingredients
- 3 lbs mackeral, split and cleaned for broiling
- 1/3 cup salad oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 t vinegar
- 1 t prepared mustard
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t paprika
- 1/2 t bottled meat sauce

Step 1
Brush with sauce. Broil about 12 minutes, aboiding too high heat. Brush frequestly with sauce.
Serve with remaining sauce.
