- Chicken
- Salt
- Flour
- Butter

Step 1
Salt thoroughly. Cover with flour. Melt 1 stick butter in broiler. Cook each side for 30 minutes.
Bake at 425 – 450 degrees.
Gravy
Take pan drippings, add salt, flour and brown. On low heat, add milk and let thicken.
