Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter, smooth or chunky
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups (12 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- (You can substitute raisins or coarsely chopped peanuts for some of the chocolate chips.)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix peanut butter, sugar and eggs in a medium bowl with a wooden spoon until blended. Stir in chocolate chips.
3. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
4. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until bottoms of cookies are lightly browned. Cool on cookie sheet 2 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
