Ingredients
- 1 8 ounce pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 Tbls grated onion
- 1 tsp horseradish
- dash worcestershire sauce
- 1 4 ounce Buddig smoked sliced beef and ham

Preparation
Step 1
Blend cream cheese, onion, horseradish and worchestshire sauce until of spreading consistency.
separate meat slices. Lay out 5 slices, slightly overlapping on an 18" pieces of tin foil. Lay out two more rows to fora rectangle of Buddig meat.
Spread with cheese mixture.
Roll up as a jell roll using foil to bring up meat at beginning of roll. Chill. Just before serving slice into 1" slices.
