Rolled Jalapeno Pinwheels

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c sliced ripe olives
- 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 Tbsp green onions, sliced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 4 - 10 " flour tortillas
- jalapeno peppers, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine all filling ingredients. Mix well. Spread about 1/2 cup on each tortilla. Place the peppers on top.
Roll tortillas up tightly, jelly roll fashion.
Wrap in plastic wrap and chill at least 2 hours.
To serve, cut each tortilla into 12 slices.
