Bacon Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 7 bacon slices, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup half & half
- 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
- 2 Tablespoons chopped chives
- 3 Tablespoons chopped pecans, toasted

Preparation
Step 1
Cook bacon in skillet until crisp. Drain and set aside. Sauté minced garlic in same skillet about 1 min.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add half & half. Stir in bacon, garlic, blue cheese and chives. Spoon into baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 15/20 min. until golden and bubbly. Sprinkle with pecans and serve with crackers.
