- 6 tbsp (90 mL) sour cream
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) crumbled blue cheese
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) each: whole milk, mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) coarse kosher salt, or to taste
- 1-1/2 tsp (7 mL) red wine vinegar

Step 1
place sour cream, cheese, milk, mayonnaise, salt and vinegar in medium bowl. Whisk until completely combined. Makes 1 cup (250 mL). Refrigerate up to 5 days.
