Ingredients
- 3/4 lb 93% lean ground beef
- 2 Tbsp diced onion
- 2 Tbsp chopped green pepper
- 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp chopped garlic
- salt and pepper
- 16 oz can pinto beans
- 12 whole wheat flour tortillas, 6" diameter

Step 1
1. Brown ground beef. Drain off grease. Add onion and green pepper. Add tomato sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Simmer.
2. Drain and mash pinto beans. Add to beef mixture. Continue cooking on low heat.
3. Microwave prepared tortillas, one at a time between 2 paper towels for 20 seconds each.
4. Fill each tortilla with about 1/3 - 1/2 cup sauce. Roll up and serve warm, or chill and serve later
