- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth

In a large skillet, cook the poultry over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until browned, about 10 minutes.
Using a food processor, pulse the cooked poultry with the parsley and chicken broth until a thick paste forms.
Serve immediately or refrigerate.
