Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c celery
- 1 c onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 heaping Tbsp flour
- 2 small cans minced clams, including juice
- 1 c fish stock
- 1 c water
- 3/4 tsp granulated chicken broth
- 3 diced potatoes - raw, unpeeled
- 20 oz half & half
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Saute celery, onions and garlic in melted butter.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer on low for 1 hour.
Note: If too thin, mix flour and water or corn starch then add to mixture.
