- 2 c self-rising flour
- 3/4 c shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 c milk
- 1/4 vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs

Step 1
Combine flour, Parmesan cheese and sugar in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
Whist together milk, oil and eggs until well blended.
Add to flour mixture and stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
Spoon mixture into lightly greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full.
Bake at 400 for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
