Ingredients

  • 1 cup WHOLE milk
  • 3 oz. Bittersweet or semi-sweet chips
  • (I use Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Bittersweet Chips)
  • 4 shots of hot espresso
  • Milk froth or Whipped Cream

Preparation

Step 1

Put chips and milk in small heavy pan and whisk constantly until
chocolate begins to boil and foam...set aside
Make espresso and froth, if using
place 1/2 of hot choc mixture in each glass mug
Pour 2 shots over, pouring it in slowly over the back of a spoon so it will layer
Top with either the froth or whipped cream (I used froth)
DO NOT STIR
SIT! SIP! RELAX! ENJOY!!!!!!
