Fruit Dip

This is worth the trouble! You can use it as a dip, or mix it with fruit for a snack.

Ingredients
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 egg - beaten
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 c cream cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook sugar, flour, lemon zest, lemon juice and egg over low heat, stirring constantly until thick.
Add 1 cup mini-marshmallows. Cook and stir until melted. Cool slightly.
Stir in 1 cup sour cream.
Refrigerate.
Serve with fresh fruit.
This is really good with grapes and strawberries.
