Ingredients
- 1 cup sun dried tomatoes, finely chopped, dried preferably
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 T finely chopped red pepper
- 5 cloves finely chopped garlic
- 6 oz. crumbled feta cheese
- 2 T basil
- 1/2 t ground black pepper
- 2 t balsamic vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and serve. Can be stored in fridge for up to 2 weeks (may need to add a bit more olive oil if stored).
Serve with crostine or crackers
