Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 -2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 2/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 2/3 cup soy sauce

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oil in a large skillet
2. Add chicken pieces in 3 batches and cook until lightly browned.
3. In large bowl combine all ingredients and stir to combine.
3. Remove chicken.
4. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil while stirring.
5. Add chicken.
6. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
7. Serve over hot rice.
Note: Do not reduce more than 20 minutes or you won't have enough sauce.
