Ingredients
- Base
- 6 cups chicken both
- 2 cups homemade soup mix
- 8 chicken breasts
- 1/4 green pepper diced
- 1/4 red pepper diced
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 6 – 12 oz fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 T curry powder or to taste
- 2 cloves garlic (optional)
- 6 T ketchup or to taste
- 3 cups shredded coconut (optional)
- 1 t ginger
- 2 t dry mustard
- 1 T Worcestershire

Preparation
Step 1
Saute separately the onion, pepper and mushrooms.
Stir together, bring to a boil and pour over 4 chicken breasts, cubed.
3 -4 cups cooked rice
Serve with chutney, 2 large green peppers, 8 eggs, 2 cups chopped nuts, 3 bananas, 4 cans mandarin oranges
