Ingredients

  • Base
  • 6 cups chicken both
  • 2 cups homemade soup mix
  • 8 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 green pepper diced
  • 1/4 red pepper diced
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 6 – 12 oz fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 4 T curry powder or to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic (optional)
  • 6 T ketchup or to taste
  • 3 cups shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1 t ginger
  • 2 t dry mustard
  • 1 T Worcestershire

Preparation

Step 1

Saute separately the onion, pepper and mushrooms.
Stir together, bring to a boil and pour over 4 chicken breasts, cubed.
3 -4 cups cooked rice
Serve with chutney, 2 large green peppers, 8 eggs, 2 cups chopped nuts, 3 bananas, 4 cans mandarin oranges
