Ingredients

  • Other veggies are optional:
  • 2 lbs stew meat, cut up into small pieces
  • flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • oil
  • beef bullion
  • diced potatoes
  • carrots
  • flour
  • green beans, corn or peas

Preparation

Step 1

Coat the meat in flour, salt and pepper.

Cook onion in a Dutch oven in oil. Brown meat.

Cover meat with water and bullion and cook for about an hour, if it looks down a lot, add water.

Add diced potatoes and carrots and cook until done

To make gravy, mix flour and water until thick.
