  • 1 container hummus
  • 1/4 c chopped, pitted kalamata olives or bottled olive
  • spread
  • 1/4 c drained, bottled hot or mild giardiniera
  • 1/2 c crumbled Feta cheese
  • pita bread or bagel chips
  • red pepper wedges

Preparation

Step 1

Spread hummus in an even layer in a pie pan or shallow container. Sprinkle olives and giardiniera over hummus. Top with cheese.

Serve at room temperature within 2 hours or cover and chill.

Serve with pita or bagel chips or red pepper slices.
