Ingredients
- 2 T butter
- 1 lb. mushrooms (mixture - white button, crimini, oyster, etc.)
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 t salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 T flour
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup grated swiss or mozza cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter over medium-high heat and saute mushrooms. Blend sour cream, salt, pepper and flour. Stir into mushrooms. Heat until it begins to boil. Remove from heat and pour into a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle parsley and cheese on top. Bake at 425 until heated through, about 10 min.
