  • 3/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Step 1

2-3 lb. boneless pork roast, 3/4 cup orange marmalade, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard. Roast pork in shallow pan in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Meanwhile stir together remaining ingredients for basting glaze. Continue to roast pork for 20-30 minutes more basting occasionally with glaze, until meat is done. Let roast stand 5 minutes before slicing.
