Ingredients
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 package turkey cutlets
- 2 Tsbp. canola oil
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cup chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1
Combine poultry seasoning, seasoned salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper. Sprinkle over turkey. In large skillet, cook cutlets in oil for 2-3 minutes om each side or until juices run clear.
In same skillet, melt butter and stir in flour until smooth. Gradually stir in chicken broth and cook until thickened.
Remove from heat and seasonm with remaining pepper.
