Ingredients
- In food processor finely pulse
- 1/2 bag tortilla chips
- 2 T cumin
- 1 T coriander
- 4 boneless chicken breasts

Preparation
Step 1
Dredge chicken in tortilla mixture. Pan sauté until golden brown. Finish in the oven until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165 degrees. Top with 1 heaping T of Iquana Tom’s Salsa.
