Ingredients
- 2/3 c. Mayo
- ¾ c. Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped green chilies
- 2 tbsp pimento (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 ½ tsp lemon juice
- 1 ½ tbsp minced Parsley
- 2 (8 oz) jars artichoke hearts (not marinated)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together mayo and Parmesan cheese.
Add green chilies, pimento, garlic, lemon juice, and parsley to the mayo mixture.
Chop drained artichoke hearts into small pieces and add to mixture.
Turn into an overproof dish suitable for serving.
Bake 375 for 25-35 minutes until bubbly hot and slightly browned.
Serve with party crackers or party rye bread.
