Ingredients
- 3-1/2 c sifted flour
- 1-1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 c oil
- 2/3 c water
- 3 c sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups pumpkin

Preparation
Step 1
Sift dry ingredients together. Make a well in the center. Add all remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth.
Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
Divide batter between loaf pans.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Bread can be frozen.
*Mom likes to serve it slice very thinly with a layer on pineapple cream cheese.
