Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds fresh peaches peeled, pitted and finely chopped or 2 lbs frozen peaches
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 pint half and half
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp brandy flavoring or 1 tbsp peach schnaps
  • 2 cups whole milk

Preparation

Step 1

1. Puree peaches with sugar and half and half.
2. Stir in condensed milk, vanilla and brandy. Pour in ice cream freezer and add enough whole milk to fill to the fill line.
3. Freeze until done.
