Ingredients
- 1 (26 oz.) bag of frozen country-style hash browns
- 2 cups shredded colby cheese
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. can broth
- 2 Tbs. butter melted or split
- dash garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450* . Combine hash browns, cheese,
onion in large bowl. Set aside. In seperate bowl , Combine milk, broth, 1 Tbs. butter, salt, and pepper. Mix well until blended. Pour over hash browns and mix well. Heat remaining 1 Tbs. butter in large oven proof skillet over high heat. When hot, spoon in mixture. Cook hash brown until cheese is melted about 7 mins. Put skillet in oven bake 45-60 mins, until dark brown.
