Ingredients
- 8 cups squash sliced thin
- 2 cups onion sliced thin
- 4 green, red, yellow or orange peppers sliced thin
- 1 cup salt
- water
- Sauce
- 2 cups white vinegar
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 T celery seed
- 2 T mustard seed
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Soak vegetables in ice water with 1 cup of salt in water. Soak about 2 hours.
Sauce directions
Drain vegetables and rinse.
Add sauce to vegetables.
Cook until it boils three minutes.
Jar up.
