- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 serrano chile, seeded, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- Kosher salt

Step 1
Combine first 7 ingredients in a food processor and puruntil smooth. Season harissa to taste with salt.
