Ingredients
- Ingredients:
- 3 cups regular rolled oats
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup chopped toasted pecans
- 1/2 cup toasted pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves (I use 1 tsp. because I’m a clove freak)
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin puree (homegrown is best!)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Spoon into a well-buttered 9x13 baking dish.
Press evenly and firmly with buttered hands (because this stuff is sticky!)
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until all golden brown and puffy.
Wait until they are cool to cut.
