Seafood: Micro Easy Herbed Swordfish Steaks

Ingredients
- 4 swordfish steaks
- 1 (4oz) pkg. soft cream cheese with herbs
- 1/4 cup prepared tartar sauce
- 1/2 medium cucumber, sliced into 12 circles
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 T chopped fresh chives

Step 1
Arrange swordfish in an oblong baking dish. Combine cream cheese and tartar sauce and spread over steaks. Cover with vented plastic wrap. Microwave on high (100 %) for 7-8 minutes or until center of fish is beginning to flake when tested with a fork. Give dish a half turn once during cooking time. Top steaks with cucumber slices. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and snipped chives. Microwave, uncovered on high (100%) for 2 - 3 minutes or until cheese melts. Let stand, covered for 5 minutes.
